パープルケーキにヘンプを

タロイモを蒸して少し蜂蜜を加えマッシュポテトを作ります

型抜きしておきます

ブルーベリーは蜂蜜で煮てヘンプパウダーと混ぜて

冷やして型抜きします　固まりにくい場合はジェラティンで

クリームを作り３段のサンドを作って　トップを飾って出来上がりです
